Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sam@fillarup.co.uk. Please note that returns will need to be taken to Fillarup HQ in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire (or collection can be arranged).
To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refunds can only be provided on new items purchased, refills are not eligable for refunds.
We recommend that you check your delivery carefully before opening, just in case you need to return them.
How to return your item
1. Return your package back to us at Fillarup HQ, Holmes Chapel, Cheshire (or collection can be arranged) affixing your name and order number to the package.
2. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus any delivery costs. We aim to process returns within 24hrs of our notification of it. However, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
